I began lifting weights while I was in college, and that's when I fell in love with fitness and the intrinsic details that come with the functioning of the human movement system.
My mission is simple: Being someone that you can depend on when it comes to technique, accountability, and goal achievement. Training you towards what your goals are while enjoying your workouts, and giving you the knowledge and tools to continue your journey on your own afterwards.
